Today I held Kylee for the first time! WOW! She looked around and at me and after a while she fell asleep in my arms. In my arms!!! If you haven't guessed, I am over the moon at the moment!
While I held Kylee, Emily held Adam while Eric snapped pictures and sat with us. The only word that even comes close to how it felt is miraculous.
Yesterday Grandma Glenda (Mema) got to hold Adam for the first time.
Meanwhile, Adam and Kylee are growing so much! Both are at room oxygen now. Adam is a bit bigger than Kylee. Adam is now 2 pounds, 7 ounces, while Kylee is 2 pounds, 1 ounce. I swear Adam visibly grew since I saw him yesterday! They are both very alert and looking around quite a bit.
